GROUP FOCUS: Imagery-Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for Social Anxiety Disorder

An Evening with Michael Landsberg

Michael will then chat with members from the UW community and other invited guests, including Mike Litt (Co-founder and CEO of Vidyard) and Jennifer Hedger (anchor at TSN’s Sportscentre) about their experiences with mental health.
