"Winners and losers from the crisis: On financial prudence and the re-configuration of generosity” at the German Development Institute (DIE) in Bonn, Germany, July 26. On July 27 he will give the opening keynote address, “Consolidation and fragmentation in global governance with special attention on the Group of Twenty (G20) and Brazil, Russia, India, and China (the BRICS),” to the 10th Global Governance School at DIE.
