Co-op stream program requirements
- 16 political science courses, including one theory/method course
- One of the following combinations:
- Two seminar or field courses at the 400-level, or
- PSCI 400 and one additional seminar or field course at the 400-level, or
- PSCI 499A, 499B and one additional seminar or field course at the 400-leve
Regular stream co-op requirements
- 16 political science courses, including one theory/method course
- One experiential learning course (PSCI 494, PSCI 495, PSCI 496, or PSCI 497)
- One of the following combinations:
- Two seminar or field courses at the 400-level, or
- PSCI 400 and one additional seminar or field course at the 400-level, or
- PSCI 499A, PSCI 499B and one additional seminar or field course at the 400-leve

The Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree is awarded by the University of Waterloo upon successful completion of all Bachelor of Arts Degree Requirements and plan-level (major) requirements.
