"Kadison-Singer V"

We embark on a more in-depth survey of Interlacing Families II by Marcus, Spielman and Srivastava. We begin by showing how the main theorem of the paper (Theorem 1.2) implies corollary 1.3 which immediately implies $(KS_2)$.
Later on, we move to section 4 and show that the polynomial summands appearing in a mixed (expected) characteristic polynomial (associated to $m$ random vectors) forms an interlacing family. Time permitting, we will also give a proof of Lemma 3.4, concluding our discussion of section 3.1.
