“Endoscopic classication of automorphic representations on classical groups: prospects and applications”
The recent work of Arthur, the speaker and others on the endoscopic classification of automorphic representations of classical groups is a landmark result in the Langlands’ program. In this talk we will outline future prospects about the endoscopic classification, in particular the ideas of Dihua Jiang on the construction of endoscopy correspondence, and indicate some recent applications.
