Bombieri-Vinogradov
theorem”
Finally we will prove the Bombieri-Vinogradov theorem. Actually, we will prove a slightly more general version of it which will showcase the versatility and the weakness of the hypothesis that go into the theorem. If time permits, I will discuss the implications of the Bombieri-Vinogradov theorem in the bounded gap problem.
