"Introduction of conformal heat flow of harmonic maps"
In this talk I will present a new type of flow, called conformal heat flow of harmonic maps. In the first part I introduce known behavior of heat flow of harmonic map, including finite time bubbling. In the second part I introduce the conformal heat flow which is designed to delay such finite time singularities. Finally, I briefly show short time existence and future conjectures.

"A trick involving biduals and an application"
I will present a trick involving biduals of C* algebras and present an application that derives proper proximality of all wreath products where the acting group is non amenable. This is joint work with Changying Ding.
