Get ready to turn back the clock and groove into the flavours of the 1970s! During Disco Week, CMH Eatery is serving up a retro-inspired menu packed with nostalgic comfort foods and throwback classics. From Stayin’ Alive quiche and Studio 54 mac and cheese to roller rink fries, tuna casserole, and groovy pork chops, every dish is a tribute to the bold, fun-loving food era of the ’70s.

This is an in-person, drop-in style group, come to one session or all of them! The group is facilitated by Washington Silk (they/them), a counsellor with lived experience.

From Wario’s wicked sausage and peppers and Goomba beef goulash to Bowser’s fire-breathing BBQ ribs, Koopasta ravioli, and Warp Pipe fried cheese ravioli, every day brings a new level of fun.
