The ART of Regulation is a 90-minute guided workshop that invites you to slow down and reconnect with your body through two of the most ancient healing tools we have – music and poetry.. Grounded in nervous system and science and Black creative tradition, this space will help you understand why your body responds the way it doesn’t, and offer tangible, creative ways to come back to yourself.
No writing experience needed. No musical background required. Just you, showing up. Whether you’re running on empty, carrying more than you should, or simply curious, this workshop is made with you in mind.
Join us for a mindful run with a focus on being present in the moment without judgment. Runners of all levels are welcome. Dress according to the weather, wear running shoes and a bring water bottle.
