Immunizations are a simple way to protect yourself against communicable diseases such as Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Influenza, Meningitis, Hepatitis B, HPV, and Covid-19. 

Campus Wellness offers individual assessments to get up to date on routine vaccines, determining if you require vaccinations, and providing vaccinations to those deemed eligible.  

How to book an appointment

To book an appointment, please call 519-888-4096 or visit the Health Services building.

  •  You can request a male or female physician/nurse practitioner at the time of booking. 
  • If you are unaware of your vaccine status, please connect with your family doctor or local public health unit for any records pertaining to your status

Please note that this email address is not monitored 24/7 and cannot support urgent or emergency requests. 

How to prepare for your appointment 

  • Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time 
  • Please bring your identification and your proof of health insurance coverage with you (Provincial health card or UHIP card) 

  • You will be required to reconfirm your registration information 

  • Vaccines are administered by one of our medical professionals 

  • A mandatory waiting period of 15-30 minutes is required after you receive your vaccine 

  • You will be provided with proof of your vaccination prior to departure or via e-mail if you prefer
