Alternative Proteins 101 Lecture Series

The Waterloo Alt. Protein Project is a student design team focused on engineering the future of food through research, entrepreneurship, and innovation. We are one of Canada’s first chapters of The Good Food Institute (GFI), amongst almost 60 chapters worldwide.

This term, we are launching a lecture series, delivered by professors from the universities of Waterloo and Guelph! Join us in-person or online for 5 lectures throughout the term to learn about alternative proteins from the perspectives of biotechnology, engineering, environment, health, and business. Students who attend are eligible to receive a certification. For more information, go to our website.
