Overview
The Sustainability Office is thrilled to host our tenth-annual Eco Summit to showcase sustainability achievements, celebrate progress, and build connections with our campus community. All students, staff, and faculty are invited to attend.
This year, our summit will focus on how we can (and must) accelerate sustainability action – in our teaching and research activities, in how we operate our campus, and in the ways we engage with one another as departments and individuals.
This year’s event will feature:
- Opening remarks from Vivek Goel, President and Vice-Chancellor
- Launch of 2023 Environmental Sustainability Report
- Panel discussions with student and employee sustainability leaders
- Green Office, Green Labs, Green Residence, and Living Planet Leader awards
- Interactive activity and networking opportunities
The event will take place on Wednesday, November 22 from 12-4pm in Fed Hall. Lunch and refreshments will be provided. Doors will open at 11:30am for check-in and networking.
