There are many ways to increase the health of your yard – via rain gardens, pollinator gardens, rain harvesting, and more. The challenging parts are prioritizing these options and knowing when, where and how to incorporate them into your landscape. Come out and join the Sustainability Office as we host Becca Robinson, RAIN Coach at Reep Green Solutions, for an exciting discussion on how you can create a healthier yard at your own home!

This workshop will give you insight on a variety of rain smart features and provide guidance on when best to employ them. Before and after shots of rain garden projects in the community will then provide you with inspiration to create a project of your own!

Please note that we will not be serving a full lunch, so please bring your own, though coffee, tea and light snacks will be provided! For planning purposes, we kindly ask you register in advance by visiting the registration web page if you are interested in attending.
