Have a flair for cooking?  Want to know how to fry up flavourful treats using local eats?  Stop by the Locally Grown Cooking Show for hands-on cooking demos, nutrition/shopping tips, and free samples.

This event is hosted by Food Services Executive Chef Gordon Cooledge and is only available to University of Waterloo Students.  Students will be asked to show their Watcard at the door.
