IC3 has teamed up with UWaterloo's Concept to offer grant funding for business ideas aimed at solving climate change problems. This funding will be awarded to student teams to directly support innovation and entrepreneurship focused on climate solutions.

These grants will be awarded to two student led teams selected by our judges as solving an important problem with an innovative, high-potential solution. The top team will receive $5,000 and second place will take home $2,500 to help advance their ideas. Winners will be determined through a step two step process comprised of an online application, and follow up interview with the top applicants. Not only will you have the chance to win funding, you can also gain the opportunity to network with an incredible panel of judges.

Applications will be closing on March 21, so be sure to submit your climate change related solution before its too late! This is your chance to use your idea to create a greener, cleaner, and brighter future for UWaterloo and beyond.
