Waterloo promotes healthy, sustainable, affordable food during Nutrition Month
The University of Waterloo proudly celebrates Nutrition Month each March. In support of this initiative, the Sustainability Office hosted a booth at the Davis Centre Library on March 24 to highlight the importance of healthy, sustainable, and affordable nutrition. The event was held in collaboration with Food Services and Campus Wellness.
At the booth, the Sustainability Office organized a trivia game that showcased the many programs and initiatives available at the University to support sustainable food systems, healthy eating on campus, and access to balanced meals. More than 100 students and staff visited the booth, where they also enjoyed free apples and snacks provided by Campus Wellness and Food Services.

We were excited to see such strong engagement from students who were eager to learn more about healthy and sustainable eating. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth!
