Technical Support Services 

Faculty, staff, and graduate students can submit a technical support request to the SYDE-BME Technical Support Services. 

Technical support is available for: 

• IT support: assistance with general hardware or software systems, network help, IT purchases 
• Active learning requests: course-based experiential learning activities 
• Teaching Assistant systems 
• CEAB Planner 
• Research technical services
