Maia Tse (BASc '25, systems design engineering) completed two work terms at Nuclear Promise X, the recipient of the 2024/2025 Employer Impact Award in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion from Co-operative and Experiential Education.
Today, Tse is a full-time project coordinator at NPX. “Even as a student, I felt like an owner of my work.” Tse says. “They gave me autonomy, support and the privilege of not having to worry about being a woman in the workplace.”
