Third Year project gallery

Course: AE 325 - Architectural Engineering Studio 2
Winter term (3B)

Students are to design a mid-rise residential building within the city of Kitchener. The proposals will support commercial/retail spaces and advanced planning within its program. Comfort, flexibility, and environmental performance are attributes of living standards and quality of place. The outcomes will demonstrate how form, function, and performance inform building design.

3B student example: "Living Garden"

Living Garden aims to intensify the local residential scene and provide private living and community space. The project features multiple types of units to accommodate different families and commercial services to serve the local community.
