Joanne Atlee

Dr. Atlee is an Associate Professor with the David R. Cheriton School of Computer Science at the University of Waterloo. She is also a member of the Waterloo Formal Methods Research Group (WatForm), a collaborative research effort that draws members from both Computer Science and Electrical and Computer Engineering departments.

Amir Khandani

Dr. Khandani is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the University of Waterloo, where he is a Tier 1 Canada Research Chairholder (Tire I) in Wireless Communications, a Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC)-Nortel Industrial Research Chairholder in Advanced Telecommunications Technologies, and the Team Leader of the Coding and Signal Transmission (CST) Laboratory.

Steve Lambert

Dr. Lambert is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering at the University of Waterloo, and is the Design Processes Theme Leader for Auto21. He is also the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council-General Motors of Canada Chair in Collaborative Design.

John McPhee

Dr. McPhee is a Professor of Systems Design Engineering at the University of Waterloo, where he also leads the Motion Research Group (MoRG). Dr. McPhee also holds a Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council(NSERC)/TOYOTA/Maplesoft Industrial Research Chair in Mathematics-Based Modelling and Design.

Omar Ramahi

V2X - Communications

Dr. Ramahi is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and is cross appointed with the Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering, Physics, and Astronomy departments at the University of Waterloo.  He is also the Blackberry/Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC) Associate Industrial Research Chair in Wireless Communications.

Safieddin Safavi-Naeini

Mobile Security; V2X - Communications

Dr. Safavi-Naeini is a professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Waterloo. He is the holder of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC)-Blackberry Senior Industrial Research Chair in Intelligent Integrated Radio/Antenna Systems and Novel Electromagnetic Media Technologies.

Dr. Sivoththaman is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, an Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Student Branch Counselor, and Associate Chair, Graduate Studies, at the University of Waterloo. He also holds an Ontario Research Chair in Renewable Energy Technologies and Health and is Director of the Centre for Advanced Photovoltaic Devices and Systems at the University.
