The Centre for Community, Clinical and Applied Research Excellence (CCCARE) strives to promote health in the community using advanced technology, progressive research and educational events. We are a unique team that links applied and clinical research directly to developing comprehensive assessments, programs and educational activities to support a healthy community.

Our activities and programs continue to grow - expanding our programs to accommodate and motivate our members. Our goal is to reach as many of our members of our community as possible. To continue to provide these high-quality programs and expand our reach to others that may benefit from these services, we need your support.

Whether developing specialized fitness testing and training for those who have received a diagnosis of cancer or motivating and educating clinically obese teens to embrace healthy active lifestyles, CCCARE is helping people of all ages take control of their health.

Our current programs, including UW WELL-FIT cancer exercise programs, Teens In Motion, Brain and Body, STEPS, and Hardy Hearts have had a profound effect on the lives of many people. In order to expand our programs and be able to offer them at little or no cost to the participants, we require your support. Help us lead a new conversation towards a future of improved health and well-being.

To donate to one of our programs, please contact Sherri Sutherland, Alumni Advancement Officer or complete Waterloo's secure online donation form (with program information).
