Resources

As a team at the Centre for Community, Clinical and Applied Research Excellence (CCCARE), we aim to educate community-dwelling individuals on the prevention and management of chronic disease and health conditions primarily through physical activity, exercise and nutrition.

We synthesize and communicate evidence-based research findings with the intent of improving the overall health and quality of life of individuals in our community. We also work in conjunction with partners and collaborators within the Department of Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo and beyond to advocate for the dissemination of knowledge related to newly formed policies and practices.

Please see the resources below that have been developed by our CCCARE team, our peers and/or our partners for our community.
