Personal training and consultation

This service includes a fitness consultation and program designed specifically for different individuals based on their unique fitness needs.

Personal training can be done on a one-on-one basis or in small group training sessions (including regular small group personal training sessions for University of Waterloo faculty and staff).

We pride ourselves on the certifications and education of all our staff. Whether you're looking for a few sessions to get you started on a new training program to follow at your gym or in your home, or need continued monitoring, the our fitness staff can help you reach your fitness goals.

Fees

Personal Training: $75/hr (*In person or remote options available)

This fee applies to consultation/program design/personal training (includes in-person or remote training options).

"Get Started" Training package: $150 (*In person or remote options available)

This package includes a half hour consultation with a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, customized exercise program and one hour personal training session. These sesssions are available in-person in our facility or remotely. 

"Get Started Plus" package: $400-450 

This package includes a half hour consultation with a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, a fitness appraisal package, customized exercise program and one hour personal training session in our facility.

"Get Started Plus" with comprehensive fitness appraisal: $400

"Get Started Plus" with high-performance fitness appraisal: $450

Office team training: $12-40/session (per person) (*In person or remote options available)

This is the same as our small group training for staff and faculty but individuals sign up as a group. Sessions scheduled in our facility or group's workplace (depending on space, etc). The cost varies depending on the number of people and location of training sessions.
