Award description:
The late T.E. Unny contributed significantly to the development of stochastic and statistical methods in hydrology and environmental engineering during his long and distinguished career. During his career as a professor in Civil Engineering and Systems Design Engineering at the University of Waterloo (1965-1991), Dr. Unny supervised many graduate students. Accordingly, the purpose of the award is to provide financial support for graduate students in the Faculty of Engineering who are working in the field of stochastic and statistical methods in hydrology and environmental engineering (evidence of the quality of your work in this field is required as part of your application).

Selection will be made in the Department of Systems Design Engineering Graduate Office.
