Information Systems & Technology (IST) launched its Excellence Canada efforts in July and held an Excellence Canada retreat involving close to 20 IST employees from across areas and levels within the department.
Participants worked in teams to assess IST's current state against the Excellence, Innovation and Wellness (EIW) Standard's requirements at the Bronze level. This initial assessment provided a picture of IST's strengths and areas of opportunity.
The day was facilitated by Excellence Canada Coach, Catherine Neville.
