A recent article on the Strategic Plan website highlights how the Library's Excellence Canada efforts support the Strategic Plan's Robust Employer-Employee Relationship theme.
In it, University Librarian Mark Haslett reflects on Excellence Canada's Excellence, Innovation and Wellness (EIW) Standard:
“I think of the Excellence, Innovation, and Wellness Standard as a three-legged stool where wellness is paramount,” Haslett says. “Without wellness, you’re not going to have excellence, you’re not going to have innovation.”
