In Information Systems & Technology (IST) we strive to provide effective information systems, technology and services in support of learning, teaching, research and administrative needs.

What happened? Due to an internal server issue on the Request Tracker (RT) system, email notifications were not being delivered. This issue has now been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
When did this happen? Wednesday, April 18 from 11:00 a.m. until 9:20 a.m. on Thursday, April 19
What was the impact?
RESOLVED: The issues with the Request Tracker (RT) system have been resolved and the system is now available. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
