IQC-Mitacs Internship program

Students and faculty working in an IQC lab

The Institute for Quantum Computing (IQC) – Mitacs Internship Program aims to connect Canada’s growing quantum industry with highly trained undergraduate and graduate students in quantum information.

Internship opportunities, for students from IQC at partner organizations, will benefit undergraduate and graduate students by providing them with exposure and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world-problems of interest in the quantum industry, see the impact of quantum information in an industry setting, learn professional skills, and develop technical skills to prepare to transition to meaningful and fruitful careers in industry settings.
