The Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) Security Proof Workshop is an annual workshop series focused on technical security proofs. Our focus in the workshop is to facilitate interactions and discussions between participants.
The 6th edition of the workshop will be held in-person at the Institute for Quantum Computing, University of Waterloo from September 30 – October 3, 2024.
This workshop is structured as a series of discussions. Participants can contribute by starting the discussion on a chosen topic with a short talk on any of the focus topics. This is then followed by interactive discussion. To this end, we strongly encourage whiteboard talks.
This year, the focus topics are
- Comparison of finite-size decoy-state security proof techniques.
- New developments in CVQKD.
- MDI-like QKD protocols.
The workshop has limited capacity.
