May 2015 D2L Update

The following are changes that were brought to Waterloo LEARN with the May 2015 D2L update:

  1. A secondary sort has been added to the Discussion Statistics area. If you have sorted students by last name, they will also automatically be sorted by first name making it easier to find students with the same last name.
  2. When courses are copied, Group Dropboxes will now maintain their Grade Item association. Therefore, if you have copied a course into a new shell, the Grade Item associations with Group Dropboxes will not have to be recreated.
  3. When Creating a Link in the Content area, the link was displaying as a video file. This issue has been corrected and the link will now display as a link.
  4. In the Dropbox Submission view, for those Courses/Dropboxes that have Turnitin enabled, the Turnitin Report is now labeled Turnitin Similarity.
