Scanning and reproduction is granted on a case by case basis, and researchers are required to comply with these conditions regarding requests for reproduction.
Our policy is to digitize primary resources in a manner that most accurately reflects their current condition. Photo editing including photo cropping, lightening or darkening are not services we provide.
If you have a reference code or a clipboard number from the Archives Database, you are welcome to complete the Request an Image from the Archives Database form.
If you need assistance finding the image(s) you would like digitized, please contact us.
Reproduction fees may apply. Associated scanning costs and timelines will be provided before any reproduction work begins.
