Directed by well known conductor Daniel Warren, the orchestra@uwaterloo draws members from all six faculties of the University.
All three featured composers (Mahler, Wagner, & Dvorak) are associated with the Romantic period in Western classical music, which emphasized emotional expression, expanded orchestration, and often drew on nationalistic or philosophical themes.
