Lab Swap Requests

Your winter 2025 class schedule is official on Quest as of November 7.

Lab swap requests are considered on a case-by-case basis by your pharmacy advisors in consultation with instructors and the Associate Director of Curriculum. Requests made due to travel plans, part-time work/volunteer schedules, and personal preference will not be accepted.

If your reason for the request is not for one of these reasons, you may still complete the form. There is a small chance that we may have to call on someone without a valid reason to facilitate the swap for someone that does have a valid reason.

This form will close on November 30, and lab swaps will be processed shortly after the web form closes.
