The University of Waterloo School of Pharmacy has partnered with Kitchener’s Centre for Family Medicine Family Health Team to deliver a unique family health team primary care residency experience.
Hospital Pharmacy residencies in Ontario are co-ordinated by the Hospital Pharmacy Residency Forum of Ontario in co-operation with the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Toronto and the University of Waterloo School of Pharmacy.
Industry residencies are coordinated with participating companies by the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Toronto.
