PharmD, MSc and PhD students graduate at University of Waterloo’s 119th convocation ceremony

Congratulations to the new graduates who joined the ranks of Waterloo Pharmacy alumni last Friday, October 25. In addition to the PharmD class of 2019, four Masters of Science in Pharmacy and one Doctor of Philosophy in Pharmacy degree were conferred at the convocation ceremony on main campus.

Graduates were then welcomed back to the School of Pharmacy for a reception and celebration with faculty, staff, friends and family. The following award winners were recognized:

Rx2019 graduate Clarice McGurk with her family. Clarice's father Lachlan McGurk has played in the bagpipes at the University of Waterloo's convocation ceremony for years, and this year he was able to play to celebrate his own daughter's graduation.
