Show your Pharmacy Phamily Pride and help us unlock $3,500 to support students
Today is Giving Tuesday and at Waterloo Pharmacy, we’re asking you to show your Pharmacy Phamily Pride and help us support the whole student. Our current and former Hallman Directors have teamed up to challenge you to unlock $3,500 in support for the Student Success Fund.
“I’m donating to the Student Success Fund because I see value in outside-the-classroom experiences – the learning opportunities that shaped who we are today,” says Andrea Edginton, Hallman Director . “I want to create more of these moments for pharmacy students. So please, join me as we support the research and health-care leaders of tomorrow.”
Today only, Director Edginton and Prof. David Edwards offer two types of donor challenges:
- Director Edginton will contribute $1,000 to the fund as soon as we reach 60 donors
- Prof. Edwards will match donations made to the fund on Nov 30 up to a maximum of $2,500
This fund supports sends pharmacy students to conferences, provides graduate student awards, covers costs for student-led initiatives run by Waterloo Pharmacy clubs, and so much more.
Show your Pharmacy Phamily pride and donate today. Your gift will set our students up for success.
