How to create an IT Ticket
Currently, the most up-to-date method of sending in an IT Help Desk ticket is by sending an email to phr-it@uwaterloo.ca. IT Help Desk can help with a variety of IT related issues, including but not limited to:
- Project planning
- Highly secure encrypted automated backups
- Website services
- A/V services
- Web conferencing
- IP telephony services
- Mobile device service
- Disaster recovery
- Computer virus scanning and prevention
- Building and room Security Access Management
- Operating system upgrades
- Software purchasing and installation
The information technology (IT) department is on-site at Waterloo Pharmacy from 8:30 to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
