Transformative Quantum Technologies (TQT) is hosting an open house of the teaching lab used for the Master’s degree in Physics with a specialization in quantum technology program for Physics and Astronomy undergraduate students. The lab is located in the Research Advancement Centre 1 (RAC1)*, in the Quantum Explorations Space (room 3003).
Join us for an evening among the galaxies to learn about the matter field, gravity on very large scales, and the geometry of the universe from AMTD postdoctoral scholar, Dr. Alex Krolewski.

The oceans cover two thirds of the Earth and play a pivotal role in our lives in general and in the climate crisis in particular. Initially, humans understood the oceans through observations. The regularity of currents could be used to plan shipping routes, and this facilitated travel and trade.
