ST65 - Student Files, Graduate and ST68 - Student Files, Undergraduate have been updated to clarify the information confidentiality classification of the records. The retention schedules have also been converted from PDF files to web-pages.
The Policy 46 Guide has been updated to include Guidance on Information Confidentiality Classification. This guidance explains how the confidentiality classifications of public, confidential, restricted, and highly restricted are assigned to records.

Governance records class numbers have been revised to improve consistency in numbering, and the records retention schedules have been converted from PDF to web pages. The draft retention schedule, GV50 - Faculty Councils & Committees, replaces AD35 - Faculty Council By-Laws, Constitutions, and Terms of Reference and AD37 - Faculty Council/Committee Meetings.
Administration (AD) draft retention schedules have been updated and converted from PDF files to web pages. AD30 - Administrative Committees has been renumbered as AD20 - Administrative Committees.
Draft versions of updated records classes & retention schedules for Students and Teaching & Learning are now available for review by the University community.
The WatClass records classification and retention schedules will be updated to simplify the classification structure and complete the remaining sections of the retention schedules.
