References to the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) and its guidance documents have been updated in the retention schedules HR52 - Employment Files (Financial), HR68 - Pension Administration System, HR70 - Pension Beneficiary Files, HR72 - Pension Cards, and HR74 - Pension Plan Management.

Responsibility for the University Records Management program has now been transferred from the University Secretary to the Chief Information Officer, reporting to the Vice-President, Administration & Finance.

The draft records retention schedule, AD45 – Organization, has been updated to match changes to the management of organization charts intended for public release.

The draft records retention schedule, AD10 - Program & Service Management, has been updated to provide guidance on managing records related to the COVID-19 pandemic that do not fall within the scope of a more specific records class.

University records retention schedules have been updated to match Police Services' name change to Special Constable Services.

The University records retention schedules now contain a note in the "Disposition" section of each retention schedule reminding units to document the disposal/destruction of records at the end of their retention period, using the records destruction form. HS07 – Human Rights Complaint Files has been updated to match current practices and updates to Policy 18 – Staff Employment.
