Health Valley Trail Hike
The Health Valley Trail is an easily walkable trail that runs along the Conestoga River from the Village of St. Jacobs towards University Ave. E. in Waterloo. The trail varies from wide gravel paths at the trail head to smaller earth and grassy trails as it wanders through farm pasture and forest. We’ll turn around at the Wise Old Oak tree – always a favourite feature of the trail. Count on a walk of 1 ½ to 2 hours. Your hike leader will be Howard Armitage
There is plenty of parking in the lot next to the Trail Head at 35 Albert St. E.
Following the hike, for those interested, we may go over to the ECO-Cafe for a drink and/or bite to eat.
Cost: FREE, but please register below.
