Learning Opportunities

The University of Waterloo Retirees Association recommends a variety of courses and activities for more learning opportunities.

Language courses at Renison

These courses put community members in the classroom, locally and around the globe. Renison University College offers Community and Professional Education (CAPE) courses, which are essentially non-credit learning opportunities for the community.

The Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI)

An independent, non-partisan think tank focused on international governance has feature events for the general public.

Third Age Learning in Kitchener-Waterloo (TAL-KW)

Arranged lectures by professors and community experts. The series of lectures is held at RIM park on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Lectures for the fall and winter series can be found online when they become available.

Wilfrid Laurier University

There are many courses offered through Laurier during fall and winter seasons.
