Professor Paul Parker of SEED receives the Environmental Lifetime Achievement Award

Paul Parker is a distinguished and enthusiastic professor at the School of Environment, Enterprise and Development (SEED). Parker is also an engaged community member whose primary focus is on building sustainable communities by engaging local stakeholders in the circular economy; where a win-win situation is created for both the environment and economy. He is particularly concerned with how local economic development strategies can achieve a sustainable future. Today, Professor Paul Parker has been awarded the Environmental Lifetime Achievement Award by Green Communities Canada (GCC).

This award is given to an individual who demonstrates through work and achievements a lifetime contribution to improving the environment.
