Biography:
Benjamin is President of the Waterloo Undergraduate Student Association (WUSA) and a member ex-officio of the University Senate. An undergraduate student in the Faculty of Arts, he is majoring in economics with a minor in French. Benjamin developed an interest for government affairs through co-operative work terms with the Federal and Ontario Public Services and has several years’ experience in non-profit governance through various volunteer positions at WUSA, including most recently as Chair of the Board. As a firm believer in the value of work-integrated learning, Benjamin views his professional, extra-curricular, and academic experiences as equally important parts of a holistic education.
