The University of Waterloo is excited to announce the return of the e-bike and e-scooter share program with Neuron Mobility, beginning the week of April 1st, 2025. This program is part of a region-wide initiative, supporting sustainable transportation options between the campus and broader community.
E-bike and e-scooter rentals are managed through the Neuron app, with rate options for single rides, 3-day, weekly, or monthly passes. Pick-up and drop-off hubs will be located around Ring Road, BMH, CIF, CLV, CPH, DC, EC1, REV, SCH, STC, UWP, and V1.
Safety considerations:
- Riders are encouraged to wear helmets when using the scooters and bikes
- To prioritize pedestrian safety, bikes and scooters will be confined to around Ring Road and select trails on the perimeter of campus
- Bikes and scooters cannot be driven through University pathways or parking lots
- Please be mindful of pedestrians and share the trails
