There were prizes available, bike breakfasts and tune-ups, and a fun marketing campaign to thank cyclists for biking to work and school.
Cycling forms an important part of an affordable, healthy, and sustainable transportation network, and campaigns such as #BikeWR help raise awareness and promote a culture that embraces cycling.
Special thanks to King Street Cycles for providing free bike tune-ups on campus, and to TravelWise for organizing the campaign.
