Mihajlo supports the planning and delivery of campus sustainability initiatives, with a focus on student engagement, communications, and operations. This includes coordinating programs such as the Green Residence Ambassador initiative, supporting the Sustainability Leadership Certificate, and assisting with events like the Eco Summit and Free Store pop-ups.
He also contributes to communications for the Sustainability Office through social media, newsletters, and website updates, while helping with operational projects such as campus garden close-outs and waste reduction efforts.
Mihajlo brings experience from Cyberworks Robotics, where he worked as a marketing intern focused on website redesign, SEO, and content optimization, as well as leadership experience from his role as a department supervisor at a Loblaw Companies store.
Outside of work, Mihajlo is pursuing his Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Environment and Business at the University of Waterloo.
