Permits

• Permits are not transferable between persons, except between immediate family members and recorded carpools  

• Vehicles not registered to the permit with Sustainable Transportation will result in a fine, possible tow and suspension of parking privileges for the driver of the vehicle and the owner of the permit. 

• For those with physical permits, do not loan your permit to other people or display your permit on unregistered vehicles under any circumstances  

• Each permit holder can register a maximum of two vehicles. Your permit is not transferable to other vehicles. If your registered vehicle is involved in an incident and you are using a loaner or rental vehicle, you are required to attend the Sustainable Transportation Office and obtain a temporary permit while you wait for your vehicle to be returned.

• Avoid theft – lock your vehicle and secure all belongings
