Convocation is hosted twice per year: once in the spring and once in the fall.
Convocation is a moment to celebrate the success of our graduates as they conclude a major chapter in their lives. On average, each ceremony hosts 350 grads and about 800 guests. There are multiple ceremonies that happen each day, so it's crucial that we maintain a steady flow for guests arriving and leaving campus. This will allow each day to stay on schedule and offer a smooth and positive experience.
Our goal is to ensure all grads and guests have an enjoyable experience and feel valued on an exciting but sometimes stressful day.
Guest information
Parking lots M, N, W, L, and R will be reserved for graduates and their guests. Please allow plenty of time to find your parking and make your way to the ceremony. Use the interactive campus map to find a parking spot prior to your visit to campus
