What if I receive an academic standing of 'Required to Withdraw from Engineering'?
Possible circumstances where you may be Required to Withdraw from Engineering:
- a term average of 50% or lower
- while repeating a term, you achieve an average below 60% or fail any courses (below 50%).
- failing a course (below 50%) while clearing fails under the 'May Not Proceed' rule
Readmission is not possible for four academic terms following the term for which the decision applies.
Students may wish to complete a non degree term in order to transfer to another department.
If you wish to discuss your academic standing, please contact the Undergraduate Coordinator to have an appointment set up with the Associate Undergraduate Chair.
